 BY-LAW No. -1998

 To amend By-law No. 1995-0194, being a "By-law To declare real property to be surplus to the needs of the City", respecting part of the public highway Sudbury Street and 20 Sudbury Street

  WHEREAS Council, at its meeting of June 3, 4 and 5, 1998, adopted Clause 26 of Corporate Services Committee Report No. 7, and recommended that By-law No. 1995-0194, being "A By-law To declare real property to be surplus to the needs of the City", be further amended;

 AND WHEREAS an appraisal of the current market value of the site has been completed;

 The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

 1.By-law 1995-0194, being "A By-law To declare real property to be surplus to the needs of the City", is amended:

 (1)By inserting in columns 1 and 2 respectively, of Schedule "A" (Surplus Property) the following:

 Column 1Column 2

 Municipal AddressDescription

 "Part of the public highwayParts 5, 7, 12 and 13, Plan 64R-13923"

Sudbury Street and

20 Sudbury Street

 If this is an O.P.A. then the enacted and passed blurb goes at the end of page 1 (not after the Schedule)
