 BILL No. 360

 BY-LAW No.

 To authorize certain works and undertakings on City of Toronto Roads.

 WHEREAS notice of this by-law has been published and the provisions of the Municipal Act relating to the altering of highways have been complied with:

 Now, therefore, the Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

 1.The following works and undertakings, as described in the following table:

 LocationWork and Undertaking

 (1)Queen's Park Crescent, 80 metres north ofConstruct traffic island;

College Street

 (2)Steeles Avenue East at Bestview Drive Construct a pedestrian refuge island;

 (3)Sheppard Avenue East, 50 metres eastConstruct a pedestrian of Allanford Roadrefuge island;

 (4)McCowan Road at Bridley Drive/Big Red AvenueConstruct a pedestrian refuge island;

 (5)Eglinton Avenue West at Renforth driveRelocate a westbound TTC stop to channelling island;

 (6)Trethewey Drive and Yore Road (North of EglintonRemove existing traffic Avenue West and between Keele Street)island and realign curbs;

 (7)Queen's Park at Royal Ontario MuseumExtend existing bus bay;

 (8)Lake Shore Boulevard West, 80 metres east ofConstruct a "U"- turn channel Ellis Avenueacross median;

 (9)3600 Danforth Avenue, east of Wolcott AvenueConstruct a median break;

(10)Sheppard Avenue West at Laura RoadConstruct a pedestrian refuge island; and

 (11)Bayview Avenue at Nesbitt DriveConstruct a northbound left turn lane.

 are hereby authorized.

 ENACTED AND PASSED this day of July, A.D. 1998.
