BY-LAW
to amend Zoning By-law No. 6752 of the former Borough of East York
WHEREAS authority is given to Council by Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, to pass
this By-law; and whereas Council of the City of Toronto has provided adequate information to the public and has held at
least one public meeting in accordance with the Planning Act;
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
- Zoning By-law No. 6752, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding the following sub section 12.5.3
immediately following sub section 12.5.2 as follows:
12.5.3Temporary Uses - Site Specific
12.5.3 a)Notwithstanding the Permitted Uses set out in Section 9.3 of this By-law, on those lands identified as HPI on
Schedule "A" to this By-law and known in the year 1998 as 26 Cranfield Road, any free standing Building which was
constructed prior to June 1, 1992 may be used for an automotive repair shop.
- The provisions of Section 1 of this By-law and Section 12.5.3 of By-law No. 6752 shall expire after a period of 2 years
from the date of passing of this by-law, and thereafter, shall be of no force and effect and shall be deemed to have been
repealed.
