 BILL NO. 384

 BY-LAW

  to remove a Site Plan Control Area (Scarborough Bluffs)

WHEREAS authority is given to Council by Section 41 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, to designate the whole or any part of the area covered by an Official Plan as a Site Plan Control Area;

 AND WHEREAS, By-law 21319 designated certain lands in the former City of Scarborough for site plan control, including the lands referred to in Schedule "1" attached;

 AND WHEREAS, Council of the City of Toronto deems it expedient to remove the lands set out in Schedule "1" from site plan control;

 The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

 1.Bylaw 21319 is amended by deleting therefrom the lands shown outlined by a heavy black line on Schedule "1" attached.
