  THE CITY OF TORONTO

BILL NO. 385

 BY-LAW

 to amend Scarborough Zoning By-law Number 10010,

with respect to the Scarborough Village Community

 WHEREAS authority is given to Council by Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, to pass this By-law; and whereas Council has provided adequate information to the public and has held at least one public meeting in accordance with the Planning Act;

 The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

 1.SCHEDULE "A" is amended by deleting the current zoning and substituting the following zoning as shown on the attached Schedule '1' :

 T - 30 - 44 - 126 - 259

 2.SCHEDULE "B", PERFORMANCE STANDARD CHART, is amended by adding the following Performance Standard:

 INTENSITY OF USE

 259.Maximum two dwelling units per parcel of land with a minimum 15.2 m frontage on a public street and a minimum lot area of 720 m²;

or

Maximum one dwelling unit per parcel with a minimum frontage of 7.6 metres on a public street and a minimum lot area of 360 m².
