  BY-LAW No.

 To amend By-law No. 7625 of the former City of North York

 WHEREAS authority is given to Council by Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, to pass this by-law; and whereas Council of the City of Toronto has provided adequate information to the public and has held at least one public meeting in accordance with the Planning Act :

 The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

  1.Section 36 of By-law 7625 is repealed.

 2.Section 37 of By-law 7625 is amended by adding the following:

 "37.3Yard Setbacks

 (a)No building or structure shall be located closer to any lot line than a distance equal to the height of the building or structure."

 3.Section 39 of By-law 7625 is amended by adding the following:

 "39.2Yard Setbacks

 (a)No building or structure shall be located closer to any lot line than a distance equal to the height of the building or structure."

 4. Section 64.23(74)(o) of By-law 7625 is amended by repealing the term "C1(75)" and replacing it with the term "C1(74)".

 5.Section 64.23(74)(s)(ii) of By-law 7625 is amended by adding the words "per unit" after the words "amenity area" and before the period.

 

    1. Section 64.37 of By-law 7625 is amended by adding the following new exception:

 "64.37(20)O1(20)

 EXCEPTION REGULATION

 

      1. The minimum yard setback shall be as shown on Schedule 01(20)."

 7.Section 64.39(2)(a) of By-law 7625 is amended by repealing the words "Section 64.39" and replacing them with the words "Section 39".

 8.Schedules "B" and "C" of By-law 7625 are amended in accordance with Schedule 2 of this By-law.

 9.Subsection 64 of By-law 7625 is amended by adding the following schedules

 (a)Schedule RM6(79).

(b) Schedule C1(74);

(c)Schedule C1(75); and

(d)Schedule O1(20);

 

    1. Schedule X6 of By-law 7625 is repealed.
