BY-LAW No. - 1998

 To amend the former City of Toronto Municipal Code Ch. 400,

Traffic and Parking, with respect to speed control zones.

 The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1. Municipal Code Chapter 400, Traffic and Parking, of the former City of Toronto is

amended as follows:

 A.By deleting the following Subsection 400-28B(143):

 (143) 421F-4828.

 and replacing it with the following:

 (143) 421F-5180.

 B.By deleting the following Subsection 400-70B (143) of Schedule XVII (Speed Control Zones) in § 400-70:

 (143)Lane system bounded by Goodwood Avenue, Dufferin Street, Ascot Avenue and Boon Avenue (Ward 21), as shown on Drawing No. 421F-4828.

 and replacing it with the following:

 (143)Lane system bounded by Goodwood Avenue , Duferin Street, Ascot Avenue and Boon Avenue (Ward 21), as shown on Drawing No. 421F-5180.
