To amend By-law No. 81-89, entitled "A By-law to regulate

the height and description of lawful fences", being

a by-law of the former Borough of East York.

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1. Schedule 1" of By-law No. 81-89, as amended, being a by-law of the former Borough of East York, is further amended by inserting in Columns "A", "B" and "C" of said Schedule the following:

28 Ferris Road

Section 2.1.4 sets a maximum fence height of 0.9 metres in a front yard.

Variance from Section 2.1.4 to allow a fence in a portion of the front yard of 28 Ferris Road, said fence having a length of 4.88 metres, extending from the front, east corner of the house and having a height ranging from 2.00 metres to 2.20 metres from grade.
