		Authority: York Community Council Report No. 10, Clause No. 1 as adopted by Council on October 1, 1998 Enacted by Council: CITY OF TORONTO Bill No. 628 BY-LAW No. - 1998 To authorize the alteration of Ava Road and Everden Road in the City of York. The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1. That the alteration of the intersection of Ava Road with Everden Road in the City of Toronto (formerly the City of York) by raising the pedestrian walkway crossing the east, west, and north approaches to the intersection as shown on the drawing attached as Schedule "A" to this By-law to a maximum height of 100 mm, be and the same is hereby authorized.
