The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1. That the alteration of Greenbrook Drive between Keele Street and Trethewey Drive in the City of Toronto (formerly the City of York) by narrowing the travelled portion of the highway at four locations by the installation of planters protected by curbs as shown on Schedule "A" to this By-law, be and the same is hereby authorized.
