The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1. That Schedule "A" to Borough of York By-law Number 3491-80, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting in Columns 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of said Schedule the following:
