To authorize the designation of Fire Routes under Chapter 134
of The Etobicoke Municipal Code.

Whereas a Fire Route has been constructed in accordance with the provisions of
Chapter 134 of the Etobicoke Municipal Code; and
Whereas the owner of the property has applied for the designation of a Fire Route;
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. That a Fire Route is hereby designated on the following property:
630 Evans Avenue
as shown on the plan attached hereto as Schedule ‘A’, which is hereby declared to be a part of this By-law.
