BY-LAW No.

 

 

To amend Scarborough Zoning By-law Number 9510, with respect to the Woburn Community.

 

 

WHEREAS authority is given to Council by Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, to pass this By-law; and whereas Council of the City of Toronto has provided adequate information to the public and has held at least one public meeting in accordance with the Planning Act;

 

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

 

1. Schedule "A", is amended by deleting the current zoning and substituting the following zoning as shown on Schedule "1":

 

PW-27-77-90-300

S-33-43-93-115-211

 

2. Schedule "B", PERFORMANCE STANDARD CHART, is amended by adding the following Performance Standards:

 

MISCELLANEOUS

 

90. Minimum side yard building setback 6 m from each side.

 

INTENSITY OF USE

 

211. One single family dwelling per parcel of land with a minimum frontage of 13.4 m on a public street and a minimum lot area of 390 m2.

 

PARKING

 

300. Minimum parking requirement for Place of Worship 5.3 parking spaces per 100 m2 of gross floor area for the first 970 m2 of gross floor area. Parking for additional Place of Worship gross floor area shall be in accordance with

 

 

CLAUSE VII - GENERAL PARKING REGULATIONS FOR ALL ZONES, Sub-Clause 1.1, Table of Required Parking Rates.
