To amend By-law No. 1995-0194, being a "By-law To declare real property
to be surplus to the needs of the City", respecting part of premises
141 Weston Road and a residual portion of Keele Street (Closed).
WHEREAS Council, at its meeting of July 8, 9 and 10, 1998, adopted Clause 20 of Corporate Services Committee Report No. 9, and recommended that By-law No. 1995-0194, being "A By-law To declare real property to be surplus to the needs of the City", be further amended;
AND WHEREAS an appraisal of the current market value of the site has been completed;
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. By-law 1995-0194, being "A By-law To declare real property to be surplus to the needs of the City", is amended:
(1) By inserting in columns 1 and 2 respectively, of Schedule "A" (Surplus Property) the following:
