To amend Municipal Code Ch. 25, Community and Recreation Centres, to include the two Councillors for Ward 19 on the Board of Management for 95 Lavinia Avenue (Swansea Town Hall).
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Section 25-35 of Chapter 25, Community and Recreation Centres, of the former City of Toronto Municipal Code is amended as follows:
A. By amending Subsection C(1) by deleting "sixteen (16)" and substituting "seventeen (17)".
B. By deleting Subsection C(2)(a) and substituting the following:
"(a) The two (2) members of Council for Ward 19, High Park, as established by the City of Toronto Act, 1997 (No. 1)."
