		Authority:Toronto Community Council Report No. 10, Clause No. 33 as adopted by Council on July 29, 30 and 31, 1998 Enacted by Council: CITY OF TORONTO Bill No. 741 BY-LAW No. -1998 To repeal By-law No. 604-1998 exempting certain lands within the Eaton Centre from part-lot control. WHEREAS Subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990,c.P.13, as amended, states that the council of a local municipality may by by-law provide that Subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990,c.P.13, as amended, does not apply to land that is within a registered plan of subdivision or part or parts thereof. The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1."By-law No. 604-1998 To exempt certain lands within the Eaton Centre from the provisions of subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act", is hereby repealed.
