		Interim Appointments - Board of Management of Ralph Thornton Centre The Toronto Community Council recommends that Mr. Lewis Pearsal and Mr. Alan Reeve be appointed to the Board of Management of the Ralph Thornton Centre to replace Ms.BethLong and Ms. Gina Ocaranza, on an interim basis, at the pleasure of Council, and until their successors are appointed. The Toronto Community Council submits the communication (September 25, 1998) from the Executive Director, Ralph Thornton Centre: At its meeting of September 17, 1998, the Board of Management approved the following names for submission to Council for appointment to the Board of Management to complete the terms of two members who have resigned: Lewis Pearsal (replacing Beth Long) Alan Reeve (replacing Gina Ocaranza).
