To amend By-law No. 1995-0194, being a "By-law To declare real property to be surplus to the needs of the City", respecting part of premises 28 Bathurst Street

WHEREAS Council recommended that By-law No. 1995-0194, being "A By-law To declare real property to be surplus to the needs of the City", be further amended;

AND WHEREAS an appraisal of the current market value of the site has been completed;

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1.By-law 1995-0194, being "A By-law To declare real property to be surplus to the needs of the City", is amended:

(1)By inserting in columns 1 and 2 respectively, of Schedule "A" (Surplus Property) the following:
