BY-LAW

To amend By-law No. 92-93, a by-law "To regulate traffic on roads in the Borough of East York", being a by-law of the former Borough of East York.

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1.Schedule X of By-law No. 92-93, a By-law "To regulate traffic on roads in the Borough of East York" as amended, being a by-law of the former Borough of East York, is further amended by inserting in Columns 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, between the words "Dawes Road" and "Divadale Drive" where they appear in Column 1 of the said Schedule, the following:

Dawes Road West A point 30.5 metres south of Gower Street and a point 97.5 metres south of Gower Street Anytime, except between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday inclusive 60 Minutes

2.Schedule VIII of By-law No. 92-93, a By-law "To regulate traffic on roads in the Borough of East York" as amended, being a by-law of the former Borough of East York, is further amended by inserting in Columns 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, between the words "Dawes Road" and "Denton Avenue" where they appear in Column 1 of the said Schedule, the following:

3.This by-law shall come into force on the date of its enactment.
