The Corporate Services Committee reports for the information of Council, also having had before it a communication (November 5, 1998) from Mr. Stephen H. Diamond, Solicitor acting on behalf of Sam-Sor Enterprises, requesting an opportunity to appear before the Corporate Services Committee respecting the foregoing matter.
