		October 14, 1999 ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE: The Personnel Sub-Committee at its in-camera meeting held on October 13, 1999, had before it a report (June 22, 1999), from the Executive Director of Human Resources, entitled "Temporary Employees with Length of Service from Two to Ten Plus Years", which had been referred back by City Council on July 27, 28, 29 and 30, 1999, to Administration Committee for reconsideration. The Admistration Committee at its meeting held on September 7, 1999, referred the foregoing matter to the Personnel Sub-Committee for consideration. The Personnel Sub-Committee recommended to the Administration Committee that the appropriate staff be directed to address the issue of long term temporary employees during their negotiations with CUPE Local 79.
