Advising that the Strategic Policies and Priorities Committee, at its meeting on January 26, 1999, referred the issue of the North York Performing Arts Centre (Ford Centre) 1999-2000 Concert Series, to the Budget Committee for a report thereon directly to Council for its meeting scheduled to be held on February 2, 1999, on the full costing of all options.
