Advising that the Urban Environment and Development Committee on May 17, 1999, adopted, as amended, the report (May 11, 1999) from the Commissioner of Urban Planning and Development, directed that the report be forwarded to the Budget Committee for consideration of the financial implications and requested the Budget Committee to report thereon directly to City Council at its meeting to be held on June 9, 1999.
