NOTICE OF CONCURRENT MEETING
POLICY AND FINANCE COMMITTEE

BUDGET ADVISORY COMMITTEE
A concurrent meeting of the Policy and Finance Committee and the Budget Advisory Committee will be held on
Monday, November 15, 1999, in Committee Room 1, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, Toronto, at 9:00
a.m., to receive the preliminary Operating Budget Overview and the Capital Budget Overview and related issues.
The Budget Advisory Committee will meet on the following dates to begin its preliminary reviews of the 2000-2004
Capital Budget, the said meetings to be held at City Hall, 2nd Floor, 100 Queen Street West, Toronto on:
*Monday, November 15, 1999 Committee Room 1 (following the concurrent meeting)
*Tuesday, November 16, 1999 Committee Room 1 at 9:00 a.m.
*Wednesday, November 17, 1999 Committee Room 1 at 9:00 a.m.
The Capital Budget Binders will be distributed to Members of the Committee and Council and Officials concerned as soon
as they become available and are respectfully requested to bring same to such meetings as no additional copies will be
available.
