The public could rate their favourite complaint by dropping a coin in a bottle. Issie will build the display. Questions were developed and wording confirmed. Decision to raffle off a free CAN-BIKE course and a helmet.

2. Upcoming events:

- Barb reminded everyone about her leave of absence from work from March 15 to July 19.

- Launch of "No Sidewalk Riding" campaign in early April. Barb met with Pedestrian Committee. Councillor John Adams and Councillor Jack Layton will both speak at the launch as representatives of both the Cycling and Pedestrian Committees.

4. Update on Coroner's Report: - not available at this time

5. Pedestrian fatality: - tentative plan for Memorial on Thursday morning planned by Feet on the Streets and ARC.

- Update on statistics. Starting in June, hospitals will begin e-coding visits to the emergency rooms. By the year 2000, e-coding of all ambulance services will also be available. This will give us information that is usually only available on patients actually admitted to hospital.

6. Plans for joint meeting with Network Planning Sub-committee: Plan to have a joint meeting in April. Phil will e-mail Jack Becker for priority items for agenda. March meeting of Education Subcommittee will discuss items for the April meeting.

7. Toronto Public Schools: Issie is on a community liaison group, which the Board will support with space, printing, etc. Issie will present info on school cycling initiatives at the May Education Subcommittee meeting.
