		December 15, 1998 CORPORATE SERVICES COMMITTEE: City Council, at its meeting held on November 25, 26 and 27, 1998, had before it an enquiry dated September 30, 1998, addressed to the City Solicitor from Councillor Moscoe, regarding the role of the City Solicitor in providing advice to Members of Council on matters related to conflict of interest.
