Recommendation:

It is recommended that this report be received for information.

Background:

Pursuant to the Emergency and Protective Services Committee meeting on December 1, 1998, the City Auditor's report on the collision reporting centres' operations and their profit margins was deferred to the next meeting of the Committee to be held on January 12, 1999. The City Auditor was requested to provide the Committee with the names of the members of the Evaluation Committee referred to therein.

Comments:

The Evaluation Committee, which considered the proposals submitted with respect to the January 1995 Request For Proposal, consisted of the following members:
