Subject: New Development Applications for the West District (Etobicoke)

Purpose:

To keep the Community Council and City Council apprised of new development applications (rezoning/official plan amendment, site plan approval, condominium and subdivision) for the West District (Etobicoke) as they are received by this Department.

Financial Implications and Impact Statement:

There are no financial implications resulting from the adoption of this report.

Recommendation:

It is recommended that this report be received for information.

Comments:

Attachment No. 1, is a list of development applications received since September 24, 1999. For the year-to-date, the Department has received twenty (20) rezoning and/or Official Plan amendment applications; fifty-four (54) site plan approval applications; one (1) exemption from Part Lot Control application; and five (5) condominium applications.

Conclusions:

This report should be received for information.
