Variance Application A40/99EY
Mr. Peter Colarossi
Re: 150 Glenvale Boulevard
The applicant is proposing to construct a second storey addition and a two-storey rear addition to the dwelling at 150
Glenvale Boulevard. He applied to the Committee of Adjustment for variances from the maximum floor space index and
building length requirements, and the minimum side yard setback requirement. On April 13, 1999, the Committee
approved variances to the building length and side yard requirements, but refused the floor space index variance. The
applicant appealed the decision to the Ontario Municipal Board.
Staff did not take a position on this application, and do not recommend that Council direct staff to attend the Ontario
Municipal Board hearing.
