J. Tzekas, solicitor for the applicant, Glenarda Properties Ltd. The applicant=s solicitor has filed the appeals on the grounds that the Council of the City of Toronto has failed to consider the submitted plan of subdivision and rezoning applications, and that he is unaware of any staff report having been prepared in respect of the applications. Copies of the appeal letters sent to the Ontario Municipal Board and the City Clerk are attached to this report.
