Reasons for her appeal include the lack of comprehensive consideration of the lands in the block and that her property and the adjacent properties are too small to be redeveloped on their own. A copy of the appeal letter submitted to the City Clerk is attached to this report. Recommendation: It is recommended that this report be received for information.
