Purpose:
An appeal of the zoning by-law amendment application of the above noted application has
been filed by Peter Cheatley, agent for the applicant, Rita Malcolm.
The applicant's agent has filed this appeal pursuant to Council's refusal to amend the zoning
by-law to permit a hair-salon as a home occupation in the existing dwelling.
Copy of the appeal letter sent to the Ontario Municipal Board is attached to this report.
