Purpose:
The purpose of this report is to inform Community Council of development applications
(zoning and official plan amendment, lifting of (H) holding zone designation as well as plans
of subdivision) received by the Planning Division in the north district between the Community
Council meetings held on March 30 and April 28, 1999.
Recommendation(s):
It is recommended that this report on new development applications for the north district be
received for information.
Comments:
Exhibit No. 1 is a list of development applications received between March 31 and April 28,
1999. There were a total of 4 applications submitted; 3 zoning amendment applications; and 1
application to lift the holding provision in the zoning designation.
