Purpose:
The purpose of this report is to inform Community Council of development applications (zoning and official plan
amendment, lifting of (H) holding zone designation as well as plans of subdivision) received by the Planning Division in
the north district between the Community Council meetings held on April 28, and May 26, 1999.
Recommendation(s):
It is recommended that this report on new development applications for the north district be received for information.
Comments:
Exhibit No. 1 is a list of development applications received between April 28 and May 26, 1999. There were a total of 2
zoning amendment applications received for this time period.
