Nil.

Recommendations:

It is recommended that this report be received for information purposes.

Background/History:

Divisional activities relating to the subject property were considered by the Scarborough Community Council at its meeting in July. Staff were directed to provide a further update at the September meeting.

Report:

The property was re-inspected on two occasions in late August. At the first visit, no junk or debris was noted in the rear yard. The inspector advised that landscaping work was continuing in the rear yard; however, some tree parts, and a trailer with flat tires were noted in the driveway. In response to a complaint, an early morning inspection was undertaken the following day. At the time of the inspection , a six wheeled vehicle was found to be parked in the driveway. Notices respecting the problems noted have been issued. Follow-up inspections will be undertaken to determine compliance, failing which, appropriate action will be taken.
