		August 6, 1999 WORKS COMMITTEE: City Council, at its meeting held on July 27, 28, 29 and 30, 1999, had before it Clause No. 33 contained in Report No. 2 of The Works Committee, headed "Other Items Considered by the Committee". Council directed that the following Item (w), entitled "Vehicle Emission Testing (All Wards)", embodied in the aforementioned Clause, be struck out and referred back to the Works Committee for further consideration: "(w) Vehicle Emission Testing. (All Wards) The Works Committee reports having received the following report: (June 15, 1999) from the Commissioner of Works and Emergency Services providing additional information on the provincial Vehicle Emission Testing program, as requested by City Council at its meeting of April 13, 14 and 15, 1999; and recommending that this report be received for information." for City Clerk J.
