		October 6, 1999 WORKS COMMITTEE: The Works Committee at its meeting of October 6, 1999, during consideration of a report (June 28, 1999) from the City Clerk respecting the reconstitution of sub-committees, special committees and task forces, reestablished the 3Rs Sub-committee of the Works Committee and requested the Clerk to canvass members of the Committee to determine their interest in serving on the sub-committee and report back thereon to the Works Committee: The following members expressed an interest in being appointed to the 3R's Sub-committee: - Councillor Ila Bossons; - Councillor Jack Layton; - Councillor Bill Saundercook; and - Councillor David Shiner.
