		15.2446-2448 BLOOR STREET WEST - APPLICATION FOR LIQUOR LICENCE; Ward 27, York-Humber. Motion by Councillor Saundercook Whereas the establishment at 2446-2448 Bloor Street West, known as "The Fan" and "Billy Bob's" has applied for a sidewalk cafe liquor licence to serve twenty-six additional customers, and Whereas this establishment currently has a capacity of approximately 730 customers, well above the approximate maximum of 100 customers for other licensed establishments in the neighbourhood, and Whereas some local residents do not support any further expansions to this establishment such as a sidewalk cafe that would narrow the walkway along Bloor Street West, now Therefore be it resolved that York Community Council request the Alcohol and Gaming Commission to not grant a liquor license for the sidewalk cafe expansion of the establishment at 2246-2448 Bloor Street West, and Further be it resolved that a cop of this motion be sent to Toronto Community Council for information.
