Saundercook (February 1, 1999) Advising that Mr. Joe Foti, President of a local ratepayers association, and active in the community, will be celebrating his 80th birthday this month; and requesting that WinonaAvenue from Vaughan Road to Belvedere Avenue be renamed Joe Foti Avenue to mark this special occasion.
