		1999 OPERATING BUDGET REVIEW City Clerk (March 5, 1999) Advising that the Budget Committee has completed its preliminary review of the 1999 Operating Budget and that the Budget Committee directed that: the 1999 Operating Budget, together with the communication (March 5, 1999) from Councillor Tom Jakobek, Chair, Budget Committee, be forwarded to all the Community Councils and Standing Committees for consideration; the preliminary recommendations of the Budget Committee be forwarded to the Community councils and Standing Committees for information; and the Community Councils and Standing Committees be requested to forward their recommendations pertaining to the 1999 Operating Budget to the Budget Committee prior to the commencement of the 'wrap-up' meetings on April6,1999.
