Purpose:
To provide departmental comments following circulation of the Municipal Information form from the Alcohol and Gaming
Commission of Ontario and the Licence Clearance form completed by the applicant.

Recommendations:
That authorization be provided to forward department comments to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

On July 9, 1999 copies of the Municipal Information form and Licence Clearance form were circulated for comments.
Comments and/or Discussion and/or Justification:
The following is a breakdown of departmental comments received:
Urban Planning and Development Services, Building Division (September 28, 1999):
"Zoning, plumbing and building regulations - approved."
Works and Emergency Services, Transportation Services Division (July 19, 1999):
"I am in receipt of the liquor licence application for above. Please be advised I have no comment regarding this application
as it does not apply to any abutting City boulevards. The applicant is requesting a liquor licence approval only within the
establishment."
Community and Neighbourhood Services, Public Health Division (July 20, 1999):
"This establishment is under regular routine inspection by inspectors of this Health Department and no Health Department
orders under Food Premises Regulation 562/90 are currently outstanding against it.
We have no objection to the issuance of a liquor licence."
Urban Planning and Development Services, Municipal Licensing & Standards Division (July 15, 1999):
"Further to your memorandum dated July 8, 1999, please be advised that our department has no active file pertaining to the
above-noted property and, therefore, we have no comments or requirements."
Works and Emergency Services, Fire Services Division (September 2, 1999):
"Further to your request of July 8, 1999 regarding the above-noted application, please be advised that we have no objection
to the issuance of a liquor licence for the premises. The maximum occupant load should not exceed one hundred persons."
Conclusions:
That the above comments now be forwarded to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario as departmental
clearances have been provided.
