		PARKS AND RECREATION BELTLINE PARK CLEAN-UP AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM Councillor J. Mihevc (October 20, 1999) In light of the impending change of ownership of the Beltline Park, from CN Rail Properties to City of Toronto Property, I ask that the Parks and Recreation Department develop a program of cleaning and maintenance of this property. This program should be ready to take effect immediately upon the City's date of full possession. I have received several complaints from constituents concerned about the condition of the Beltline property. A comprehensive cleaning and maintenance program will ensure a counter measure to the chronic problem of illegal dumping of trash and garbage in this region.
