BY-LAW No.

To exempt part of the lands commonly known as Phase I of the Woodbine Park Development, being certain lots and blocks within Plan of Subdivision 66M-2311, from the provisions of subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act.

WHEREAS Subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, states that the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that Subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, does not apply to land that is within a registered plan of subdivision or part or parts thereof as are designated in such by-law;

AND WHEREAS the Council of City of Toronto, at its meeting held on the 8th day of December, 1997, adopted Clause 1 of Executive Committee Report No. 26 to authorize an exemption of part of the lands commonly known as Phase I of the Woodbine Park Development, being certain lots and blocks within Plan of Subdivision 66M-2311, as set out in Schedule "A", from Subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended;

THEREFORE the Council of the City of Toronto enacts as follows:

1.Subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, does not apply to the lands set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto.

2.Pursuant to the provisions of Section 50(7.3) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, this by-law expires as of December 31, 2000.

In the City of Toronto, in the former Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto and Province of Ontario, being composed of Lots 1, 6, 7, 12, 13, 21, 22, 28, 34, 40, 41, 44, 48, 52, 55, 56, 64, 71, 75, 79, 80, 84, 87, 91, 94, 95, 102, 109, 110, 116, 122, 127, 128, 131 and 135 and Blocks 136 to 139, both inclusive, according to Plan 66M-2311 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Metropolitan Toronto (No. 66).
