To amend further Metropolitan By-law No. 109-86 respecting maximum rates of speed

on certain former Metropolitan Roads.

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1.Schedule I of Metropolitan By-law No. 109-86, as amended, being a By-law "To prescribe maximum rates of speed on certain former Metropolitan Roads", is further amended by striking out the words and figures:

Sheppard Avenue (M.T. 28) between Weston Road and

Kingston Road

60 kilometres per hour

where they occur opposite each other in Columns 1 and 2 of the said Schedule and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

Sheppard Avenue East (M.T. 28) between Bayview Avenue and Hawksbury Drive	40 kilometres per hour
Sheppard Avenue East (M.T. 28) between Hawksbury Drive and Kingston Road	60 kilometres per hour
Sheppard Avenue (M.T. 28) between Weston Road and Bayview Avenue	60 kilometres per hour
