To amend By-law Number 32852 of the City of North York in respect of

Designation By-law "Oakley" Property -

Philip Edward Brent - 288 Old Yonge Street

(Formerly 264 Old Yonge Street) -

North York Centre South

WHEREAS by By-law Number 32852, and pursuant to the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, the Council of the former City of North York designated the residence known as "Oakley", 288 Old Yonge Street, as being of architectural and historical value or interest;

AND WHEREAS the parcel of land on which "Oakley" is located has been subdivided by registration of Plan of Subdivision No. 66M-2322;

AND WHEREAS "Oakley" is now located on Lot 16 on Plan 66M-2322;

AND WHEREAS the legal description of the "Oakley" parcel set out in By-law 32852 requires amendment;

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1.By-law 32852 is hereby amended by replacing its Schedule "A" with the Schedule "A" attached hereto.

All and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises being Lot 16 on Plan 66M-2322, in the City of Toronto (formerly City of North York), Province of Ontario.
