To amend the former City of Toronto Municipal Code Ch. 20, Business Improvement Areas, to make changes to the size and quorum for certain Boards of Management.

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1.Municipal Code Chapter 20, Business Improvement Areas, of the former City of Toronto is amended as follows:

The table in Schedule A is amended by:

(1)Amending the numbers set out opposite "Bloor/Bathurst Madison by deleting "11" and substituting "12" effective from October 28, 1998.

(2)Amending the numbers set out opposite "Bloor West Village" by deleting "12" and substituting "13" effective from October 28, 1998.

(3)Amending the numbers set out opposite "Gerrard India Bazaar" by deleting "7" and substituting "8" effective from October 28, 1998.

(4)Amending the numbers set out opposite "Junction Gardens" by deleting "2" and substituting "3" effective from January 8, 1998.

(5)Amending the numbers set out opposite "Little Italy" by deleting "1" and substituting "2" effective from January 8, 1998 and by deleting "6" and substituting "7" effective from October 28, 1998.
