The North York Community Council recommends that the Summer Fest 1999 being held by the Armenian Community Centre, be declared a community festival event.

The North York Community Council submits the following communication (February16,1999) from Mr. Ani Tuysusian, Manager, Armenian Community Centre:

This letter is to advise you of our intention to apply for a liquor license to be utilized at our outdoor function.

1.Dates

Friday, July 09, 19995:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Saturday, July 10, 19994:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Sunday, July 11, 19995:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Saturday, July 17, 19995:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

2.Location

Armenian Community Centre 45 Hallcrown Place, North York, Ontario. The function will be held in our parking lot located on the west side of our building. The parking lot will be covered with two large tents approximate measurements are as follows 30 x 80 feet and 80 x 180 feet. The tent to be installed by a professional company appropriate permits to be obtained by the contractor.

3.Nature of event

3rd annual summer festival. We will be serving food and liquor. The event will be open to the public. Expected attendance over the four days 4500 people.

4.Parking

We will have ample parking space at two parking lots located on Hallcrown Place.
