To amend by-law 673-1998, a by-law "To Prohibit Excessive Idling of Vehicles and
Boats"
WHEREAS By-law No. 673-1998, a by-law "To Prohibit Excessive Idling of Vehicles and
Boats", was enacted by the Council of the City of Toronto at its meeting of October 1 and 2,
1998 ; and
WHEREAS By-law No. 673-1998 contains a typographical error;
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Subsection 2(2) of By-law No. 673-1998, a by-law "To Prohibit Excessive Idling of
Vehicles and Boats", is amended by deleting the words "Subsection A does not apply to:" at
the beginning of the subsection and replacing them with the words "Subsection (1) does not
apply to:".
