Bill No. 304

BY-LAW No. [By-law number]

To further amend Procedural By-law No. 23-1998

being a By-law "To Govern the Proceedings of the Council and the Committees thereof"

WHEREAS By-law No. 25-1999 was enacted by City Council at its meeting of February 4, 1999, further amending Procedural By-law 23-1998, being a by-law "To Govern the Proceedings of the Council and the Committees thereof"; and

WHEREAS the said By-law No. 25-1999 contains a typographical error.

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1.Subsection 93.1(10) of By-law No. 23-1998, being a by-law "To Govern the Proceedings of the Council and the Committees thereof", as amended, is amended by deleting the word "and" in the sixth line thereof and inserting the word "or" in lieu thereof.

ENACTED AND PASSED this day of May, A.D. 1999.
