Kowalenko, O.L.S., City Surveyor, as follows, namely: In the City of Toronto and Province of Ontario, being composed of the One Foot Reserve on Plan D1434 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Metropolitan Toronto Registry Division (No. 64) is laid out and dedicated for public highway purposes to form part of Alberta Avenue.
